O Cruzeiro está muito próximo de anunciar o técnico Tite para a próxima temporada. O clube se reuniu na tarde desta segunda-feira com o treinador e seu empresário para apresentar uma proposta formal ao profissional. Tão logo terminou a coletiva que determinou a saída de Leonardo Jardim, a diretoria da SAF da Raposa chamou Tite para uma conversa de portas fechadas.
No fim da tarde desta segunda, após o término da reunião, a diretoria do Cruzeiro tratou como positiva a conversa. Ou seja, há um entendimento entre as partes de que o negócio será fechado. O clube mineiro vive a expectativa de Tite aceitar a proposta e ir até Belo Horizonte assinar o contrato. Ainda não se sabe a extensão do vínculo apresentado pela diretoria mineira, apenas que o Cruzeiro quer anunciar nesta terça-feira o novo comandante.
Os primeiros contatos com o treinador começaram nas últimas semanas. Não havia confiança na permanência de Leonardo Jardim. Isso porque o português externava para pessoas próximas, leia-se funcionários e alguns jogadores, que não ficaria para 2026. Assim, a diretoria começou algumas sondagens no mercado, e Tite, que está livre desde que saiu do Flamengo em setembro de 2024, foi o escolhido.

Tite se encaixa no perfil
O treinador da Seleção Brasileira das duas últimas Copas do Mundo, Tite está em baixa no mercado. Isso porque o técnico, ao acabar a sua participação no Brasil, afirmou que não iria aceitar nenhum trabalho até janeiro de 2024. No entanto, aceitou assumir o Flamengo em setembro de 2023, no lugar de Jorge Sampaoli. Vale destacar que o treinador havia rechaçado assumir o Corinthians sob esse argumento semanas antes do Rubro-Negro.
Mesmo acumulando trabalhos que deixaram a desejar, tanto na Seleção na Copa do Catar quanto no Flamengo, o Cruzeiro entende que Tite se encaixa no perfil esportivo do clube para os próximos anos. Seu jeito de lidar com o grupo e sua experiência em montar bons times chamaram a atenção da Raposa, que foi atrás dele.
O Internacional também está no jogo. Há uma semana, desde a última rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro, quando escapou da Série B, a diretoria colorada monitora os passos de Tite. Além disso, enviou uma proposta oficial ao técnico, que ainda não respondeu. O Cruzeiro está ciente, mas mantém a confiança no acerto ainda nesta terça-feira.
