Trata-se de uma das datas mais tradicionais e aguardadas do calendário, reunindo confrontos de peso tanto pela história quanto pelo momento das franquias e das estrelas em quadra.
A jornada começa às 14h (horário da Argentina) com New York Knicks x Cleveland Cavaliers, no Madison Square Garden, palco emblemático que recebe jogo da NBA no Natal todos os anos. Na sequência, o atual campeão Oklahoma City Thunder, liderado por Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, enfrenta o San Antonio Spurs de Victor Wembanyama.
Mais tarde, o Golden State Warriors de Stephen Curry recebe o Dallas Mavericks. Em seguida, Los Angeles Lakers de LeBron James e Luka Dončić encaram o Houston Rockets.
