Patrick Everson FOX Sports Betting Analyst <!--> Day 2 of the NFL Draft has arrived, and Shedeur Sanders is still on the board. That’s undoubtedly the biggest surprise so far in NFL Draft odds. And not necessarily a welcome one for some bookmakers."We were small losers on the Sanders side. The sharps win again," Circa Sports director of operations Jeff Benson said.Oddsmakers for sportsbooks in Vegas and across the country chimed in on how NFL Draft prop bets fared in Thursday night’s first round.ADVERTISEMENT -->Shedeur SlidesA month ago, Sanders was anticipated to be a top-five pick, with an Over/Under on draft position of 3.5. And even a week ago, the Colorado quarterback’s Over/Under at practically every sportsbook was 8.5, with the expectation that he’d go to the New Orleans Saints at No. 9.But the ground started shifting Monday into Tuesday, and […]

The night hope returned to Nashville: ‘Cam Ward is a game changer’

Ben Arthur NFL Reporter <!--> NASHVILLE, Tenn. — NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell barely got through the announcement of the No. 1 overall pick. Watching Round 1 of the 2025 NFL Draft unfold from the field at Nissan Stadium, Titans fans heard "Cameron …" and erupted. Screams of "let’s go!" filled the air. Screeches pierced the sky. Fireworks were set off and Johnny Cash’s "Ring of Fire" blared through the speakers, just like when the Titans scored a touchdown at home games during the 2024 season. A group of young boys jumped up and down. One of them, wearing a Tony Pollard jersey, spotted a TV camera. He let out a big smile and flexed. He ushered a friend into the shot. "Cam Ward is a game changer," said Joshua Wilson, 46, who became a Titans fan after moving to Nashville from Boston […]

‘It’s not even a debate’: Books say Arch Manning will be favored at No. 1 in 2026

Sam Panayotovich FOX Sports Betting Analyst <!--> With the first-round dust finally settled after day one of the 2025 NFL Draft, we are only 364 days away from the 2026 episode in Pittsburgh.I would love to strum up a hot take about next year’s No. 1 overall pick, but it’s shaping up to be one of the most obvious slam dunks of all-time. It’s almost a certainty there will be a late-season tank-off next year among the league’s worst teams for the gunslinger with the Hall of Fame last name. That player, of course, is Arch Manning. The Texas sophomore is unquestionably the top overall prospect, despite only throwing 95 passes and nine touchdowns at the collegiate level. Scouts have salivated over Peyton and Eli’s nephew for years, and he’ll finally get to show what he’s made of as Steve Sarkisian’s starter […]

2025 NFL Draft: Browns get their QB in second-round mock

Carmen Vitali NFL Reporter <!--> The league promised to surprise on the first night of the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Mere minutes into Thursday's festivities, it absolutely didn't disappoint. What started with every team holding its original pick in the first round quickly changed, as the Jacksonville Jaguars traded up from No. 5 to No. 2 to grab cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter, returning the Heisman winner to his home state of Florida and throwing into question if he can really become the league's first two-way starter — he's good enough to start at both positions on Jacksonville's roster, but will he?The surprises didn't stop there, either. The Chicago Bears made Michigan's Colston Loveland the first tight end off the board at No. 10. The hosting Green Bay Packers shocked their own crowd by taking a wide receiver in […]
